I only received some mementos, emotes ,pets, mounts, and outfit styles, but not the full CE editions. Call me stupid but I read the description as provided by ZOS that this would mean ALL the CE content. So I just bought the pre-purchased the Collection: High Isle Collector's Edition LTO because it would include the Collector’s Edition digital items for all previous Chapters.
